While designing the training. ( workshop ) as the content, we had a holistic approach. In the naming stage, while we decided that this was the right name, at first glance even though it seems a corporate life – oriented design, it is not. Actually, it’s a workshop that can affect our whole life. Every existing structure has its management, manager or managers.

As the valuable management scientist Peter Ferdinand Drucker says “Efficiency is doing the thing right. Effectiveness is doing the right thing. In this class after presenting everyone’s perspectives by discussing management and manager concepts, with the flow we have planned we will take the steps of displaying management and possessing the code to exist as a manager in someone else’s life.

When the management word is wanted to be explained fully the definition is as follows: The need to achieve goals by a group or team effort that cannot be reached individually. The aim is to achieve organizational goals through the coordination of resources.

Again according to valuable management scientist Peter Ferdinand Ducker  “The manager should reveal the potential of their subordinates. In fact, thanks to them, they are not employees; they are the people who are responsible for the performance of their subordinates.” 

A brilliant definition, an approach, a structure including the dynamics such as maintaining the existing structure, coordination, awareness and self-esteem, interpersonal rol, information supply, decision and the main areas of a manager.

A content based on the individual where we can apply all we have explained with interactive role model flows, games, small tests. We hope we will open a new page together with new experiences and information.

Effectiveness is a discipline and like all disciplines, it can be learned. One is not born an effective executive,  one becomes an effective executive.
