Persuasion is the ability and power of influencing the behaviors of others. If we think of persuasion as a result, the art of persuasion is the whole of the methods of managing the process in the best way which is applied in order to achieve this result. If the formulas and dynamics related to this process are applied correctly, it is inevitable to have accurate and clear results, just like an engineering flow. We will look at how the psychology of persuasion is defined in the content of the training and the subdynamics that are effective.
We will experience and internalize them through interactive games and workshops. In the process that follows we will tell and show the needs necessary to reach the persuasion point.
The point we want to reach will be to persuade others, not to be caught to the persuasion traps of others. At the end of the training you will master an internalized topic thanks to the flow content provided with awareness.
The subjects mentioned in this class are as follows Interpersonal communication, persuasion techniques in business / private / social life, perception management, use of body language, manipulation of opinions, intercultural differences, turning conflict into compromise, tricks and traps in superior – subordinate relationship.
The topics we use in the interactive study are as follows; mental lego, word games, relational maneuvers, show of strength and exceeding of resistance. Persuasion which we observe as the common behaviour tendency in different environments within the flow of life is in fact an ability of manipulation
The first thing we need to do when this manipulation takes place is to be clear about what we want.
