The behavioural skill by the philosopher Aristotle, which is very valuable, is directly proportionate to using the emotional intelligence. In this workshop by Yeşim Çamlıbel we examine our emotional intelligence we take a fresh look at our abilities we are not aware of, or we do not use.
Yeşim Çamlıbel;
first starts with what is emotional intelligence and classifies it under five main topics.
1. Consciousness: Recognising yourself (realizing a feeling while they are occurring) is the base of emotional intelligence. People who know their feelings are able to manage their lives better. They are surer of their opinions about the topics requiring personal decisions such as to whom they should get married or which job they should get.
2.Controlling the feelings: While the people whose ability to control their feelings is underdeveloped or weak are dealing with uneasiness, the ones whose abilities are strong are capable of getting over the bad surprises and misfortunes of life easily when they encounter them.
3.Self – Activating The people with this ability can be more productive and efficient in any task they do.
4.Understanding the feelings of others : Empathy is the basic ability in relationships.
5.Managing relationships: The people with the ability of keep relationships going will be successful in all areas based on sustaining interactive relationships with people. They also maintain a bright social life.

While IQ, namely intelligence quotient cannot lead to success alone, how can EQ, namely emotional intelligence, provide this? The awareness development about the feelings, recognising ourselves and our reactions, being in harmony with others’ feelings and resolving conflicts lead us to the frequency of becoming a flow, in other words, using our emotional intelligence maximum. This provides a magnificent life quality when it goes beyond all the concepts and theories we know and meet with our lives.
