Listening to the body like listening to a symphony


After experiencing my first The Bars sessions and observing the differences in my awareness I took a The Bars session from Pınar in a complicated period of all kinds of relationship ( lover, friend, family, work ) During the session I met everyone who came into and left my life, I ran away from, ignored, internalized, loved, hold on to, left. I hold on to some of them, I said bye to some of them, I shaked hands with some of them, I confided and to some I only smiled.


During this unbelievably deep session, something was dissolved within me, my soul and body.

And yes, after the session and accepting Access to my way of life, my approach to people around me changed too. The biggest change in me I have realized is that if there is someone trying to bother me, I do not let them bother me, I do not feel sad and I do not judge. It is just their interesting point of view.

It is very beautiful. I love your going back and addressing the situations as if someone else passed there after passing through them, studying those flashbacks thoroughly, examining their development, coming to conclusions and realizing the levels. I admire them all

I opened the door and took my first step.

The date I opened my own way for myself is March and I go ahead on my own way with a feeling coming from the dee, with love thanks to  The Bars training. I open myself to all beauties.

This world is big and it will support me with the realization of my intension of being everywhere.

I don’t wish it, I know it. I accept it with love. I will become free  by removing my boundaries and I will experience the joy of discovery. There is enthusiasm within me, an unending one. I will never let it end as I have found a strong companion.

You know there are times you feel like you have lost your way, you don’t know where to go and whom you need to talk to … I  found Aysun like a miracle in a time of confusion  I had never lived before.  Aysun has had many trainings, and she helps you find your own answers by asking you the questions whose answers are known by you only. Besides, her positiveness, life force and her magnificent energy make you feel better.

After bars session, I can easily say that I left the session by being a completely different me. Lupelius has a teaching stating that someone making an atomic change in their point of view and position / standing can have the power to move heaven and earth. The world is already a very beautiful place, it is you who needs to change.

Now Aysun is my Lupelius as she has made me feel this positive change is my point of view thus the world I perceive has also changed.

Amazing Adventure: Foundation


This class invites you to put all the things you have learnt and experienced aside and start reading the life from a different point of view. A great four – day experience to purify, realize that you are limitless and discovery our healing power.


Our guide in this adventure Aysun made space for all our problems, furnished us with her competence and created awareness how to use the info with great examples. Above all with her warm heart and hospitality she turned the office into a playground. I am grateful for everything and can’t wait to meet her again in new adventures.

The biggest change is the increase in my awareness level.

Aysun had created a great energy space form during the class and I asked without any embarrassment, hesitation& fear. The questions, answers sometimes the energy embraced us and enabled us to complete the processes by being aware of ourselves. Thus I learnt to use cleaning process sentence by being aware.

I asked for an instructor who loved sharing, freedom and big space and found Aysun.Now I try to remain in the question. I am aware that I can live in a more easy and magnificent way. As a result I ask, say the processes and question. Which energy space and consciousness can be to inspire manhood and bring out the magnificent power beyond our dreams?

During symphony of possibilities I experienced what I am creating in my life at the moment, other possibilities I am not aware of, blocks and their ways of solution, how my body started talking about ist needs in the same line like a listening a symphony.


The awareness, joy and freedom feeling after the session was amazing. I thank Aysun with her amazing energy for making me live this experience. I hope that any one needs healing will meet her.

“I wanted to rediscover the joy part of myself I had lost.”

My adventure of change began with meeting Aysun and Pınar’s magnificent touch. I first found a flash of inspiration in FoundationTraining. I was on my guard in the first day of class. There were so many thoughts and situations my mind couldn’t sort out. I am aware that I reacted in a very noisy way in every question word I heard, asked unusual questions, insisted on not willing to understand and I showed it very obviously. I would like to thank you all over and over again for your patience. After the second day both little relaxation and strangeness on my body started. Remarkable changes on my body started to occur on third day. If you would ask What is the description ? In fact there is no exact words to describe. And the Final..Is it possible to make remarkable progress in 3-4 days? With Aysun and her magic I think so.

Aysun is a hero. She was so deeply felt and involved with whatever she says and explains so she sometimes got even breathless. I was affected the most at that point. Amazing. She gave contributory explanations and deep examples about points which were not mentioned in the book.She explained the changes in her private life by being super honest and brave. She was a very welcoming host with her treats by creating an extraordinary atmosphere. I am really grateful for all these Aysun. Now I can realize with a noticeable awareness that I am very lucky.

I am more aware in my relationships


During the first week I’ve participated to the Abuse Hold session, it has taken me to a journey inside myself. How unfair had I been to myself, how worthless did I let myself be for so many years…. Even the “me” times I kept for myself, I had spent those times for others because I didn’t want to let anyone down, for trying to be nice and making other people happy…

After the second week, I realized that I’ve started to become aware of the abuses in peoples’ universes, lives and relationships… I am grateful to my infinite being for choosing to take this session… Now, I am more aware in my relationships and I don’t let anyone abuse or misuse me. This is my life!

The biggest change is the increase in my level of awareness

Right after the session, the biggest change was the increase in my level of awareness. I began to understand better my own attitude towards myself and my reactions to events, I became more aware. There was a feeling of anxiety, desperation, of no alternatives inside me for a long time.

Now, the feeling of having possibilities overweighs. My point of view has change in this way. There is of the less fear, anxiety and intense negativity that I previously had in my reactions. I feel that I am facing some things more easily.

The meticulously prepared session by Aysun, has changed my universe, my perception and my point of view…

he way she cares for her office shows how much she believes in this work, and how much she cares about people. She is the warmest, most single-hearted people I have met so far. Actually, when she opened the door of her office to me, she also opened with her heart the door to my space I have ignored, disregarded and myself that I had postponed.

“The awareness you reach in each step is unique.”

When I came to take  ME AS THE TRAINING / EDUCATION LEADER  training, my idea was that I had always been listening the same things and I had never managed to become a leader, there was something wrong. Before the training, Aysun began by saying that there wouldn’t be any tehnical flows, no formulas or if you do this / that you will become a leader senteces.

During the training whatever she explained was unusual, I didn’t understand most of it and I had no intension to do so. I opposed for a long time and then she asked a question which stuck my heart: What did you make so vital by resisting to all you have heard during this class and what holds you up from internalizing the info bringing magnificience to your life you call you monotonous? I couldn’t understand what happened in that moment. It was as if a knife was stuck into my heart and I was slapped. I was silent for a long time, listened and wasn’t able to listen, drooled etc.

In the conversation we had at the end of the day she told me this: If you choose to look out of the window I have shown there is a completely different World yet, if you would like to live the reality in the way you have known and if this is your choice I am ok with it too, it is your choice! By the way you life won’t change magically when you start doing this, it will change little by little and when all the differences accumulate, have a look and see how your life has changed.

After three weeks after this training I have taken I can say that I have taken my life back. I have  more inner peace,  I have become a better dad and father. There is a small but for me a big difference.  The tones of voices have slown down and my relationship with my children have begun to change.  I really don’t know how a training can create such effect? But it has happened. I am really grateful to Aysun. Now I understand her sentence stating that that journey wasn’t magnificent but the awareness you reach in each step is unique. I am grateful.

Strongly recommended

I went to see Aysun Kactioglu with a friend’s recommendation. I was very tense and my energy had dropped significantly because of work stress and pressure that I seriously wasn’t able manage. I was curious about the Bars session and entrusted myself to the magical hands of Aysun. It was like my whole life flashed before my eyes like a movie strip. I went back to my childhood, I remembered my friends that I had entirely forgotten, whose faces I couldn’t even remember. I went back to those “moments” that had marked my life. It was like things left in my subconscious were resurfacing… It was as if Aysun had done an energy transfer to me. It’s like I am walking on clouds

I discovered the Access world through Aysun. I got to experience the Bars at a time when my work was very busy, I was stressing for my country, I had irregular relations, and a morass of emotions inside me. It’s impossible to describe the moments I had under Aysun’s magical touch! But after the session, I emerged as a “completely different me”. I felt so serene, happy, relaxed and energetic that the following days I felt like walking on clouds… The effects of my cloud and the “butterfly-y me” gradually wore off with time, but what was left behind was even more permanent and perfect: patience and balance. Now, no matter how busy and intense my schedule is, instead of panicking because of the stress it’s creating, I stay calm and solve the problems one by one. This state also had an impact on my relationships and my business life. Improving myself with the teachings of the Access world, including in regular intervals the Bars session to my life, and living amazing experiences, what else is possible?

Aysun has opened a door to the world of awareness

The Bars session…. Aysun is touching some regions of my head with her fingers. No pressure, no mechanical device, no scent, no music, no candles, no speaking… Nothing, none of it. Only an energy that I feel roaming in my body. Tens of topics, images and energy impressions concerning my life and those in my life. It’s an absolutely unbelievable experience. The biggest impact I could fell the following days after Bars was calmness. A more positive perspective and a feeling of burden taken off of my shoulders… As if I had an enormous burden on my shoulders that I got rid of, and the physical lightness that comes with it… I started experiencing, and I’m still keeping experiencing, key questions concerning issues in my life. Discovering Access Turkey, meeting Aysun Kactioglu actually opened a door to the world of new and endless possibilities concerning my life. How does it get any better?
