Some info before talking about the training in Paris and its effects. The name and content of our third level training changed by year of 2016 called awareness constitution with the decision of Gary Douglas the founder of Access Consciousness and became “Choice of Possibilities”. It is a yearly compulsory training for main license trainers in order to sustain our coaching and this training is held in different countries every year and you can choose and join one as you wish.

Now let’s focus on the new name of year 2016 and first the Choice of Possibilities training with its new content.

There was so much excitement within me and the things I wanted to leave behind.

Thanks to Tugba, joining Paris class was choice I said yes without hesitation. Who is Tugba? Another rainbow colour in my life. I am going to talk about her in another writing of mine if she gives permission.  Tugba organized the whole trip for the class and made it easy for me. How does it get any better?

As it was not my first time in Paris my whole excitement was about what Gary and Dain would tell us and as I have informed you there were things I wanted to leave behind. I am going to talk about them too.  If you would like to say something, don’t forget to send an email.  We arrived in Paris and thanks to cicitubis’s great arrangement (her nickname on social media, I know it is fun as she is too) we arrived at our hotel easily and checked in. We lived Paris, took photos of people, realized again why we were there and praised more and more. We were ready then for the Choice of Possibilities. What about leaving? I hadn’t known it yet…

The first day of the class for me can be described like this:  Operational ( registration, technical preparations, adjustments), the process, the volume of the participants, the high energy caused by this volume, questions to be asked, answer needs, I need demands and more other demands to be written.  Then you sit at the place you choose and start placing the tiny molecules of change into your life without being aware most of the time. Gary Douglas is the first leader I listen to without hesitation and questioning among the people I have met and teaching owners. I am going to tell about him in one of my writings.

Once he sits on his chair, there are only things he will tell and he just answers your questions. His answers are always real; he never tells you what you want to hear. If you insist, he tells you that there is no other answer; you need to look at here. He inserts such energy into the sentence that you sit down as if you were hypnotized. The night before the training starts, we joined a class called “Loosing the Ache of Dissatisfaction” by Dr. Dain Heer.

When I first heard the name of the class, I chilled energetically. First I wanted to find the detailed definition of the word dissatisfaction but then I realized that what I wanted to tell you is not saying we know it and but it wasn’t as we used to know but to tell you that I had learned it and wanted to share it with you too.

For me the info given by Dain and Gary was collected generally like this:

When someone tells you that you are not adequate or what you do is not correct, you modify your systems to the previous version and without realizing you work in the old way.

The process we live during growing up works like this in our country. Once you realize what you have to do is to silence those noises and continue consciousness revision as it is your creation area.

We assume that humankind has just started realizing this or they have started to be told about more.

Iglo Tribe in Nigeria founded in  year 644 BC whose population is approximately  20 million  describe their  position in life with this sentence: If you have a truth to tell and they tell you not to do it  what you  will do is to tell it. Embrace it. How simple did they describe it, no? Our problem has been the same for centuries:  Trying to be ourselves.

What I am telling: You need to find who you are so that you can realize what you face. Aysun’s pen*

When you are in a speaking platform, the problem is always the same, so is the struggle. You are either told that you are wrong or judged. This is the area where you are the strongest. When you first realize it can be annoying. Since we were raised with the concepts of knowing our places and being modest we won’t believe. However if you manage to choose believe and choose, then there is your creation area. After that is the corner of the beginning of the road taking your life to a place you have never experienced.

People and reality feed from judgment. Sometimes by knowing it, sometimes without knowing it.

To the end of the class, it was hard to breathe. All info given by Dain sent me back in my life and lit the lamp of hey you chose this here; I don’t know where your head was.

Forget about the jokes, he was explaining the trouble of and invaluableness of the awareness journey.

The day was over and change molecules were inside me. I didn’t know what to do with them but I had learnt what I shouldn’t do now. I should set everyone free by allowing their own journey and without looking at where they are going. When it is the right time and place they will tell me that they are grateful for the space I have created and setting them free.

If I didn’t do it and question it, look for an answer, ask why, wonder what others think and judge which are not the things I do not do, they would always remain as the change molecules and never make a contribution which means I would feel like I am away even though the I am the host and play with zero awareness and even ignoring the risk of scoring my own goal and finish the game which I have done.

Then I would say why lost despite being the host and such a good game and blame the luck 🙂

I do not do all these any longer. Even if I do, I do them by being aware and choosing.

What I left behind after Choice of Possibilities class: Things belonging to my country, preventing me from being who I am, describing myself as a world citizen.

Understanding If one is hurt somewhere in the world, being happy for them, wishing something from them by looking at the sky even though I do not know them.  Being a world citizen. Let’s make it the topic of writing.
