Leadership is a topic which has taken part in many press organs and is commonly come across. What is being a leader and how can one be a good leader?  In my writing there is not any information you haven’t heard before or shocking or you have heard for the first time yet when you are done with reading there will be perspectives, foresights and point of views which can make you say “interesting”. This information began to come into my life little by little seven years ago through personal development books and then undergraduate studies followed.

As of today, I gave up my long term corporate career and ended up in a point with pursuit of “there must be another way. “ I am an International Personal Development Trainer and I think I have found what I was looking for.

What I would like to tell you is about that the leaders to create a difference in the following 30 years and have extraordinary achievements will originate from the ones using the techniques called awareness constitution and investing in it. From my point of view this leadership model is called MAESTRO. In my writing you are going to find the road map of brain, mind, consciousness and awareness needed to be a distinctive MAESTRO. On the map we are also going to take a look at the stations which create this difference, where there is sometimes competition, sometimes solidarity, sometimes dispute yet which form an amazing relationship world.  All have their own content, charismatic, surprising sometimes unknown. 

As per WORLD HEALTH ORGANIZATION’s official declaration of 2015, American organizations’ budget for stress management is approximately 300.000.000 USD per year. In the last 30 years, what has been seen in the organizations, the stress rate among men and women has increased by between 18 – 23 % and another significant and attention grabbing info in parallel with this fact is companies like Google, General Mills, Blackstone and Goldman Sachs creating differences in terms of foresight and vision, they have established a structuring where stress management is a part of organizational culture thanks to awareness trainings.

About corporate / business world, after taking a look at that the importance of awareness concept is taken into consideration so that it has settled in management strategies, addressing analytical data and general world picture, we will examine why leaders from awareness constitution will make a difference.

What is this awareness constitution and who can be maestros?

Before examining awareness constitution in details and until reaching this concept, if we skim through the interesting relationship among brain, consciousness, mind and awareness, brain is a machine consisting of components which are in conflict. Structurally brain looks like representative democracies which consist of many specialists who consider many different options, based on these options; compete among each other and meanwhile whose work conflict with one another. The balance between emotional and rationalist webs is always needed.  This balance may have already been optimized thanks to natural selection.  Consciousness consists of the sum of awareness units at every stage formed by sense, recollection and memory or emotions all over the brain. According to Eckhart Tolle “consciousness is eternity not expressed. “ It is independent from time and therefore, it cannot develop. Intelligence is the regulatory /organizer principle beyond form. The rise of consciousness point and its result as the rise of awareness level is in direct proportion to ego management.

According to Carl Gustav Jung the founder of analytical psychology and a psychologist the powerful and productive center of our inner realism is personality.  Ego is in the center of opinion since it is directly connected to consciousness. Whether you are aware of yourself or not, it has a significant impact on your life.  When you realize the power of your presence and you develop it, ego begins to lose its dominance on you slowly.  Consequently a bigger power than ego and mind settles in your life. The only thing you need to get rid of ego is to be aware of it because awareness and ego cannot exist together.  The most significant thing in maestros of future is the awareness level and the way of applying it.  Awareness is a secret power hidden in present.  In other words it can be described as not judgmental consciousness moment. 

It is the recognition of one’s self and being aware of what is going on around them. 

Leadership is not a status, it is a choice. If one becomes a leader in order words a maestro by following this area, groups follow them, they are inspired and a difference is made.  Some people who surrendered to big limitations are people who have made a difference and described new dimensions like Stephen Hawking. The professor whom was said to die in 5 years now can talk thanks to sound equipment and says who can ask for more? This point of view is gained thanks to almost zero ego and awareness level above the standard. If we have a look at the possible features of a maestro;

  • Maestro has developed a control mechanism related with attention and builds the process on this.  They do not control the people but the flows. People’s performance, awareness and creativity rate feeling free in the flow shows an upward acceleration. People as for that attach more, the responsibility rate in flows rises and as a result of this error rate falls.  This point of view creates space for maestro’s setup development on finalization of the processes but not for time loss during the creation of problems.
  • Maestro focuses on experience completely. Therefore, useless information is left out and stays away from the effect as they do not use the information data on their mind. As they act with the info of the present, they see the picture better.  Creation of the future and shaping it with this emotional dimension provides an easier and free flow.
  • Their awareness works in direct proportion to questions such as “what am I feeling now? “, what am I doing now? “This provides the instinct power which will enable them to see the possible disruptions which may occur during the process flows. The increase of this instinct power also creates space for the emotions like perceiving the vision of the future, being research – oriented and possessing advanced technology.  Thus a great intergenerational connection is built. Total success increases as a result of the feeling of supporting personal development. 
  • Maestro is exploratory. Since they have a watchful consciousness, they always examine the vague levels of it. They are by far ahead in terms of assumption of upcoming scenes because they have become the maestro of the big picture now.
  • They are liberating. In case of disruptions, depending on the situations, in order to free from suffering, they can create the freedom space easily. Creating this space enables them to minimize the disruption process and solve the harm rate easily. Like a domino effect.

Maestro, new era’s leader model, celebrates and honors the success wherever they see it in order to pull it. They know that if what they do cannot serve it won’t have high standards. They accept the situation and the picture they are in.  Inner acceptance is a frequency of consciousness. It gives you peace, even though it seems calm, it is active and creative. They enjoy the actions they take, as they do them willingly, they work from an area above ego. The happiness provided is the most dynamic part of a person.  The model is enthusiastic thus it moves with a high energy frequency.

A maestro accepting all management and process flows, all the actions on the way and its consequences, when their joy of work unites with their target and vision, the enthusiasm within enables them to conduct their work as a different leader.

We call this journey awareness constitution, and the leaders of achievements making a difference a maestro.  I hope that the number of the maestros within the new generation will increase even beyond our dreams.  I hope the life will come with simplicity, joy and glory.
